Support for Employers

• recruit, screen candidates, interview, and register the apprentice so that employers can focus on training
• awareness on financial aids available to them to help with training a new apprentice
• access to an employer mentor to help troubleshoot issues, receive guidance, and discuss ideas for training apprentices

Support for Apprentices

• assist job-ready apprentices with finding placements
• manage apprentices journey ensuring trades skills are learned
• provide an apprentice mentor to have an independent expert as a resource for problems that may arise on the job site
• relationship with industry stakeholders, government ministries, trade licensing authorities, college, and employment Ontario agencies, to provide resources to support apprentices
